Our terms, privacy practices, cookie usage and accessibility commitments — clear and in plain English where possible.
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Hoodie Hub website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Hoodie Hub is a trading name of Hoodie Hub Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address and company number are available on request. References to "we", "us" and "our" in these terms refer to Hoodie Hub Ltd.
All orders are subject to our written acceptance. Placing an enquiry does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is formed when we issue a written order confirmation and you have approved your artwork proof.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
All prices shown on our website are indicative and exclude VAT unless stated. Final pricing will be confirmed in your written quote. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.
Payment terms will be stated on your invoice. We reserve the right to require payment in full prior to production for new customers or large orders.
We will provide a digital artwork proof for your approval before proceeding to print. You are responsible for checking all details — including spelling, names, colours and sizes — on your proof before giving approval. We cannot accept liability for errors on an approved proof.
Production begins only after written artwork approval is received. Any changes requested after approval may incur additional charges and extend the production timeline.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge prior to artwork approval. Once production has commenced following your artwork approval, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued.
We aim to deliver within the timescales stated on our delivery information page. These are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership of goods passes to you on receipt of payment in full.
If goods are defective or differ materially from your approved proof, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace or issue a credit note for affected items.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses including loss of profit or business disruption.
By supplying artwork, logos or other content you confirm you have the right to use it and indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from its use in production.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
