Our hoodies are printed to order, so it's important to get sizes right first time. We use standard UK sizing — the table below shows chest measurements for all available sizes.

Measure across the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits, with arms relaxed at the sides. Double that measurement to get the full chest size. For a relaxed fit add 5–10 cm; for an oversized fit add 10–15 cm.

We print and dispatch from our UK facility. All orders are tracked and require a signature on delivery.

Our minimum order is 10 hoodies. This applies to the total order — you can mix sizes freely within that. For smaller groups, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Yes — individual name personalisation is one of our most popular add-ons. Names can go on the back, sleeve or chest. Select personalisation in the configurator, then supply your name list once your enquiry is confirmed.
We can arrange a blank sample hoodie for sizing purposes. Contact us before placing your main order. Sample costs are usually credited against your group order.
We use screen printing for bold, long-lasting results on standard leavers designs. For complex multi-colour or photographic artwork we may use DTG (direct-to-garment) printing. We'll recommend the best method for your design when we send your proof.
Absolutely. Our set designs are a starting point — we can adjust colours, layouts, fonts and imagery. Select "Custom design" in the configurator and our team will work with you on the artwork from there.
Once your enquiry is confirmed we'll send a simple spreadsheet template for you to fill in with names and sizes. Return it alongside your artwork approval and we'll take care of the rest.
We prefer vector files — AI, EPS or PDF with outlined text. High-resolution PNG at 300 dpi minimum on a transparent background also works. If you only have a low-res logo, get in touch and we'll discuss your options.
Yes, split-colour orders are supported. Each colour may require a separate print setup, which can affect pricing. Select your preferred colours in the configurator or mention it in your enquiry.
If your order arrives with a print error or manufacturing fault, we'll reprint or replace the affected items at no cost. Please report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our returns policy below for full details.
Yes — we have dedicated ranges for ski trips, school tours and other group travel. The process is the same as leavers hoodies. Start a design or get in touch to discuss your group's requirements.
Because every hoodie is printed specifically for your group, our returns policy reflects the made-to-order nature of our products.
If an item arrives with a print defect, manufacturing fault, or differs from your approved proof, we will reprint or replace it free of charge. To make a claim:
You may cancel your order free of charge at any point before artwork approval. Once you have approved your proof and production has begun, cancellation is not possible as garments are being made specifically for your group.
We cannot accept returns due to sizing where the sizes delivered match those on your approved order confirmation. Please use the sizing guide above and double-check your size list carefully before approving. If you are unsure, request a sample first.
As all products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We strongly recommend reviewing your proof carefully before giving final approval.
